Arrival & Departures

Check in is between 4pm- 6pm. It would be helpful if guests can provide an approximate time of arrival. If an earlier or later time is required then please contact me to discuss the options . Charges may apply. Check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure.

Rates

Prices are for Bed & Breakfast and are base on the level of occupancy. Children are welcome but only from 12 years of age and must be accompanied by an adult.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, a credit card must be supplied to secure the reservation. If your booking is cancelled a full 2 days before arrival then you will not be charged. However, if the booking is cancelled within 2 days of arrival then we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your first nights stay. If you fail to show or leave before you departure date we reserve the right to charge you the full balance of your booking. In agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you authorise us to take this amount from your card.

Payment

Your account is payable on the day of your departure. This can be made by cash or a BACS payment(must be done in advance) and all major credit cards are accepted (visa & MasterCard) except American Express.

Sorry but cheques of any kind are not accepted.

Damages & Breakages

If an unfortunate incident occurs we i ask that you notify me immediately. I reserve the right to charge you for any damage or breakage which i consider to be deliberate or recklessly caused and for any missing items. If i am unable to let the room due to damage then i reserve the right to charge you for any loss of revenue. If any damages , breakages or missing items are discovered after your departure you will be notified as soon as possible. In agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you authorise me to take this amount from your card.

Keys

Keys are to be left on the day of your departure. If you accidentally take the keys with you then please return them as soon as possible. If you fail to return them or loose the key then you will be liable for the cost of changing the front door lock along with a fee of £25.00 for the cutting of a new set of keys.

Our Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your part or vehicle or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves. Vehicles are left at your own risk.
